What is Almaazim Events?
Almaazim Events is an event invitation app and dashboard for Qatar. You create an event, add your guests, send invitations, and track who has acknowledged them, including acknowledgements received through WhatsApp.
How do I send invitations?
Create an event in the dashboard, choose an invitation template, add your invitees, and send. Each invitee receives their invitation and can acknowledge it. You can follow the responses from your dashboard.
How does pricing work?
Invitations are priced by the number of invitees, and the per-invitee price decreases as the package size grows. Invitation templates are priced separately. See the current prices on the invitation pricing and template pricing pages.
Which currencies do you support?
Prices are shown in Qatari Riyal (QAR) and Saudi Riyal (SAR). Use the currency link on the pricing pages to switch between them.
What is the difference between predefined and custom templates?
Predefined templates are ready-made designs you can personalise with your event details. Custom templates are designed specifically for your event. Both are listed on the template pricing page.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept mada and other methods offered at checkout. Payments are handled by our third-party payment providers, and we do not store your full card details.
Can I edit my event or guest list after creating it?
Yes. You can update event details and manage your guest list from the dashboard. Please note that invitations that have already been sent are not changed automatically.
How is my guests' information handled?
We use guest details only to deliver your invitations and show you the responses. We do not sell personal data. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
