This Privacy Policy explains how Almaazim ("Almaazim", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit almaazim.com or use the Almaazim Events app and dashboard (together, the "Service"). We handle personal data in line with applicable law in the State of Qatar, including Law No. 13 of 2016 on Personal Data Privacy Protection.

2. Information we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, phone number and password (stored in hashed form).
- Event and guest information: event details you enter, and the names, phone numbers and email addresses of the invitees you add, together with their responses (for example acknowledgements received through WhatsApp).
- Order and payment information: the package or template you purchase, order history and transaction status. Card and payment details are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us: the content of enquiries sent through our contact form, email or phone.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and cookies, collected automatically when you use the Service.
3. Information about your invitees
When you add invitees, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to share their details with us and for informing them as appropriate. We process invitee information on your behalf, only to deliver your invitations and record their responses. Invitees may contact us to ask about or request removal of their details.
4. How we use information
- to provide, operate and support the Service, including sending invitations and showing responses;
- to process orders, payments and refunds;
- to communicate with you about your account, orders, service updates and support requests;
- to secure the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
- to understand how the Service is used and improve it;
- to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms & Conditions.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:
- Service providers that help us run the Service, such as hosting, messaging (including WhatsApp), email delivery, payment processing and analytics providers, who may use it only to perform services for us;
- Authorities where required by law, court order or a lawful request, or to protect our rights, users or the public;
- A successor if Almaazim is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will tell you if your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside Qatar. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your personal data remains protected as required by applicable law.
7. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the Service to work (for example keeping you signed in) and to understand usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the Service may not work properly without them.
8. Data retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. 11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.
